You usually eat it with butter and lingonberry! :) Kroppkakor is a bit lighter in tone and a bit softer because of the preboiled potatoes and wheat.

EWWW!! LINGONBERRY! lol, I\'ve had it before, I don\'t like it.

I surely know what you\'re talking about! After 4 large lumps of palt I\'m out for a couple of hours... lol

It\'s really a simple recipe, but it\'s nevertheless a bit tricky to make. It takes a lot of trial and error to get the right consistency of the mixture. Too much flour and the lumps will be impossible to eat, too little and they will be nasty, jello-like blobs...

As a bloke from a very patriotic little corner of the (supposedly) United Kingdom, I have to say that your general attitude towards what America means is absolutely...outstanding!

I just wish your leaders understood your basic and honest feelings for being what you are
