Happy Easter All!

Being in the banking business I\'m thankful and humbled to say that it\'s not just another bank holiday to me. It\'s because of the resurrection that I am who I am.

And a happy Easter, to you, too! We spent the first half of the day with the church family, awesome brunch. Second half of the day we spent with my folks and had an excellent dinner.

I like my cadbury eggs, but I have to agree with Jericho, Jesus is one tough dude!

Ever worked with the old Jewish calendar?

Easter is the first Sunday after the first full moon after the spring equinox.

Eastern Orthodox still ties it to the Jewish Passover. (which is where I think it ought to be, but the church didn\'t ask me...)

Happy Easter people. I have 3 kids oldest of which is 7 so Easter is probably the second craziest holiday around here. But we did sit down for our annual watching of Jesus Christ Superstar! :drunk:

Such a day it was! Such a day! My master, Richard Neville, Earl of Warwick, maker of kings, gone to battle for Henry, the rightful king of England. Long live King Henry!

I spent my easter bank holiday in Warwick castle running arround trebuchet wheels like a hamster, teaching people the right way to gut a man with a poleaxe and explaining that yes the fire is real, yes we do sleep in the tents and no don\'t touch that, it really is sharp :)
I was meant to be doing Wars of the Roses but ended up doing the Ardenne offensive. Woke up on Easter Sunday to this lovely scene:

God that beautiful! If I lived there I\'d be hanging around castels all the time. <sigh> The indians didn\'t even want anything to do with this valley I live in. I tell you it\'s the arm pit of California.
