Damn Roger for a minute there you had me very worried.
I thought I had forgotten all about it then I thought hold on a minute its in March here in the UK???

Sorry guys. I thought about putting the countries in the title but it seemed a bit long and I can\'t remember all the countries which celebrate it today. lol

The question begging to be asked is, for all you guys that thought you forgot something and then realized its in March in the UK..did you forget it then to? If so Id think a card and some flowers are over due..

Why thank you! The first Happy Mother\'s Day for me today but then that miserable offspring of mine stayed the night at a friends because he was at a party and didn\'t want to try to make it home while intoxicated. Lets just hope I don\'t get a \"Happy Mother\'s Day, Grandma\" next year about this time.

No I didn\'t forget it gets advertised to death over here and gets more expensive every year.
I refuse to waist money on a card as the flowers last a lot longer so my mum gets a potted plant and a very large bunch of flowers each year

I called my mom, now maybe that\'s not enough. :drunk:
Didn\'t get anything for my wife yet. She got breakfast in bed from the kids (well I made it, they lent moral support). My wife\'s gift didn\'t show up in time, ordered her a photo book made up from pictures of the kids and such through Apple and iPhoto. Damn me for not ordering it till Wednesday. Better late then never?

Since I live in a different state than my Mother, every year I send her a nice potted hanging basket that lasts the entire simmer. Oh and a card.. but I like the idea of a plant than just flowers as it lasts the whole summer.
