Yes, we know, apologies are due – we had promised to reign in the release date and get ourselves back on track and hitting the shelves in the middle of the month however a few minor disasters put paid to that. No excuses but we thought we’d fill you in as loyal subscribers and readers you deserve an explanation.

Basically we received numerous warnings from our security software that hacking attempts had been made against our FTP site. These attempts failed, however due to the fact that we must transfer files from our computers to those of the printing firm we use we had to be 100% sure that nothing had crept through, it was too much to risk infecting the computers at our printers. As it turns out our software did its job and everything was ok, however we had missed our print date and had to wait for another slot before we could go to the presses.

Once again we apologise for this, we are running on time at present and should hopefully have issue 16 on the shelves in the middle of February.

So, what’s on offer this month?

CONFRONTATION, WOLFEN OF YLLIA – Graham Clarke takes a look at Rackham’s top dogs and gives us the lowdown on their story and how they play.

MARYSE OF RUNEGATTERY, ONE MINIATURE, TWO UNIVERSES – Jeremie Bonaman Teboul gives us a step by step guide to how he converted fantasy into science fiction and in the process won the Best Individual Miniature category and Golden Demon 2004.

PRIME SYNTHA: METAL OVER FLESH – Phil Walling continues his tour of the Void universe. This month he concentrates on the cyber-forces of Prime…

MASTERCLASS TERRAIN HERO CLIX ROOFTOPS – Andy Smilie gives you hints and tips on adding a third dimension to your Heroclix games.

HYBRID – TENSION IN THE RANKS – Can Ambrosius and Misericord fulfil their own mission while at the same time helping the Lioness fulfill hers? Perhaps, but Ysis is treading the corridors with murder in her heart and a target in her sights…

STEP BY STEP, PAINTING KJARAN FROM HASSLEFREE MINIATURES – A guide to painting the space pirate version of the famous vertically-challenged Kev White creation.

WARGODS OF ÆGYPTUS, THE PRESTIGE CAMPAIGN – Corey Somavia gives us an alternative campaign system to that featured in the Wargods rulebook, quicker, leaner, meaner…

‘TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS – Can Sherlock Holmes prevent Moriarty from succeeding in his diabolical Christmas plan? Phil Walling gives you a Rippers scenario with a jingle all the way…

MASTERCLASS TERRAIN, SANTA CLAWS – Chris Abbey shows you how to make the awesome terrain from the Rippers scenario!

STEP BY STEP, PAINTING MSB TPY’S CYBORG – Scott Symonds shows us how he painted one of the new kids on the block – the Cyborg from France’s newest miniature company MASB Toys.

SPOTLIGHT ON: REZOLUTION – Aberrant Games gives us a first look at Rezolution, the setting the game and what’s to come.

ART OF WAR, GETTING INTO THE GAME, CONFRONTATION – Mark begins a new series of articles telling you where to start and what to look for when beginning a new game system, this month, confrontation.

Plus all the usual news, reviews, previews and the ever popular Showcase!

I thank you

Jamie

Good????

I\'m happy that issue 15 has shipped... but still haven\'t received issue 14 and can\'t seem to get a response out of anybody at Harbinger. I\'m addicted to the smell too, and I think I\'m having withdrawls... ;)

I know this probably isn\'t the right place for it, but I just renewed my subscript at +$100 US and am not real happy about the level of customer service.... :(

Any suggestions on how to contact these guys would be appreciated. ???

No problem Harbinger As a true fan of your magazine, I say take the time you need to make it right because when it gets here, i usually read from front to back in one sitting. Problem is I live in the states and am usually a week behind everyone else getting it:(

Subscription OMG why would anyone who paints minis not have one

???

Mine dropped lovingly through the letter box this morning.
Ah! the smell of fresh printers ink and pewter.
The Harbinger figure this time around is a rather Evil looking character and should be a pleasure to paint. Lots of dark washes and diseased colours.

I\'m gonna have to get into gear and renew my subscription.

I never did get my issue 10, guess I should chase that up :D

To be honest I really get it for the minis, the content is just a bonus

Hi Grumb. On behalf of every-one at Harbinger, thank-you for your support. A subscription is the best endorsement we could hope for.
I must confess, I am really at a loss to explain the lack of response to your e-mails and apologize on behalf of the magazine staff (who are currently re-evaluating our whole computer system in light of the problems Jamie mentioned). I don\'t know if these issues are linked, and don\'t propose this as an excuse, but the possibility is being investigated.
Customer service is always at the forefront of our minds, I only hope that we can restore your faith in our sincerity in the very near future. If you remain dissatisfied, please feel free to PM me with your grievances and I\'ll do what I can to help. :)
