Yeah Logan I\'ll take you on. My goal is to never face a challenger older than 15. Where does that leave us?

I gotta finish up with Young Hestan/Max, then we\'ll get at \'er. Pick a theme!

So I signed up for Iron Painter, I\'m painting 200 pnts fo Warhammer dwarfs, and two other challenges. Yippee.

Sorry, you guys can have your thread back now. Good luck with the fitness scores. Eat right!

James, imo, the cooper 12 min run is just as competative, people will still push themselves. And anyway, its better to push yourself, rather than stop as soon as you feel a little out of breath. When i did it two people threw up, but thats the idea behind it, to push yourself to your limits.

Also, people dont realise, that after the pain barrier passes, its much easier to keep going, with the pain. When you start feeling pain, you are only using somthing like 20% of your potential endurance, so you can keep going anyway, its all in the mind.

I am pretty sure I have trained people for these. I think the best option to train for them is to do resistance training, either with a parachute or weight sled to build up your acceleration rate
