Another Lucius coming up This time with bodyguards
In the meantime a non-commercial project
Ok here\'s what I\'ll have as company for my Lucius - asked my friend to help me with the conversion - I\'ll deal the painting stuff
Here\'s the chart:
HQ:
Lucius - 196 points
Honour guard - 165 points
2 Aspiring space marines with power weapons and daemonic strength
3 chosen with B.pistol and CC.weapon.
All have Frags.
Will start with 1st Chosen
This model will be the base for slaaneshi bodyguard - chosen with B pistol and cc weapon.
He was prerpared to look like one Fabius\'s Bile new men, from the Horus heresy - he will have warped faces added to the armour, additional armour plating, hooves, a bigger and more chaotic axe , and some more details Every bit of advice will be helpful!
What do you think guys??

3 hours? My god it takes me that long to prime, basecost and blackline! That daemon Prince isn\'t going to be easy either seeing as it seems you\'re going with OSL from the flames? (Appears that way from the arm at least)
As for the chosen, for my money seems to be missing something, looks fantastic for a slanneshi CC marine, but dosen\'t seem to fit as a chosen. Think some little detail is all that\'s needed, a tabard, that hoof idea, perhaps a cape or some chains/spikes/chaos icons. Don\'t know. Then again all those smooth surfaces will look great with your highlighting technique as shown with the 1kson, or a little freehand, which will be enough to set it apart perhaps. (Plus if all those cosen look like champions then the champions will have to be even more over the top).
Glad to see him coming at least.

The whole termie took me max 12 - 14 hours - with coffee and pee breaks (not mentioning the banner)
For the skintone i used:
Base : Citadel Dwarf Flesh +(just a tad of) Citadel Dark Angel Green
1st highlight - Citadel Dwarf Flesh
2nd highlight - Reaper Fair Skintone
Final highlight - Reaper Fair Highlight

Awesome stuff dude! For a quick one that thing is ver detailed and very nicely painted. I also notice that you sprayed the blue somehow. Was it airbrushed? That\'s very smart do do quick base coating on Armies... hmm i think I will try that out to see how it works... Cheers!

Yeah, the basecoat was airbrushed over black - this saved me some time on the armiur Still the arms were painted in a regular way...
