Nice figure, the water looks ok, my only negative comment is the water looks kind of like the base in the picture except glossier, but that could just be the picture. You might try adding more rocks or some contrast to the water??? Basing is tough for me and you have such a small area to pull of an idea.
Nice work on the mini overall.

it was a trade off between getting a reasonable picture of everything, or getting a great shot of the base.
