i woulkd also like to add my voice to the throng of satisfied customers. to say their service is top notch would be an insult to them!

i would buy from them again without reservation

now that being said, I shall go back to my mantra:

I will echo my postives about hasslefree. I prefer to keep my orders in country (the USA) however they are the only company I trust not flying the red white and blue. I would order a great deal from them if the dollar was not as weak.

They do right by thier customers.

I know it\'s too late now, but anytime I want mini\'s from overseas (expensive and risky shipping), I always try to buy from a US reseller if possible. I know the cmon shop sells hasslefree mini\'s, so just an option for next time you order.

I will echo my postives about hasslefree. I prefer to keep my orders in country (the USA) however they are the only company I trust not flying the red white and blue. I would order a great deal from them if the dollar was not as weak.

Umm... We fly red white and blue too :D lol

Quite a few of countries fly those colors....

I would also like to add my twopence worth as well :D

I have always ordered my Hasslefree figures direct from Kev and Sally or picked them up at teh shows from them and the service has always been excellent and I have and always will recommend them for an excellent service and a great range of figures.

Well done Kev and Sally for all the hard work put in.
P.S. what happened to my photos of Libby from last year? :D

well that would actually be our fault...sorry.......when i became ill i was out of action for over a month and that meant delays with all forms of orders going out ...retailers/distributors as well as direct websales. Please don\'t blame the retailer it wasnt their fault and i am sorry you got caught up in the delays.

to everyone else thanks lots for the lovely words of support it is really nice to hear and makes me feel much better. We are only human and sometimes we do make mistakes and delays happen, i wish we had the resources to pay for someone full-time to come in and cover the office so i can get some rest

In these circumstances, most folks want a little empathy which I\'ve gotten here today. That makes up for most sins in my book so thank you! The palate is cleansed so count me among your supporters please!

Thanks for the update Roger! As long as it\'s not just me (so not something gone astray in the mail) I\'m fine with a little wait. It\'s not like I don\'t have any unpainted minis hanging around the place...

I have a Hasslefree Gripe!!!!

My wife bought me some miniatures from there on last Christmas and the box also contained…candy! I, being a diabetic was horrified, mortified, and even terrified. What is wrong with you people? lol

Seriously, the kid next door loved the candy. Especially the sweet and sours.

I made a new order a week ago and will do another one in a couple more. Thanks for the great service.

Makes me wonder...
If they\'re gonna put sweets or something in with the mini, should there be a nut allergy warning? :D

(Semi-serious here, as H&S can be sticklers for that)

Is it me or is Titania, Queen of the fairies very very VERY cold? :innocent:

Dunno about customer service as such but I got a load of minis at Salute this year and they\'re all brilliant!
