Hasslefree WARNING

Hey everyone, newbie here,

I just want to warn everyone to avoid doing business with "Hasslefree" Miniatures, because they are anything but hassle-free. I have place multiple large orders with them over the past few years, and the delay for each one has been longer than the last. Most recently, I placed an order for over $200 worth of minis in NOVEMBER OF 2018 (yes, you read that right, almost a year ago!) and still haven't received my order, or a refund. And the owner/operator of this fraud scheme has stopped answering emails.

I hate to have to say this, because they did make some nice stuff, but DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

They've had significant problems. Stalk them on Facebook - Sally is pretty active and responds there.

Sally says that they got a communique from you yesterday and your issue has been resolved. I guess that means the only thing left is to wait for your loot .

The loot arrived! I must say that after your assistance as acting an intermediary, and Hasslefree's quick response to it, I did get my two minis and more! I truly thank you for the help, and hope that all goes well for Hasslefree Miniatures. The minis were of excellent quality, and extra goodies included to make up for the delay were delightful! Thanks to all!​

Good to hear.

I've used Hasslefree since forever, and they're good folks. Unfortunately, they ran into troubles some years back, and because they are small, it snowballed and they got in way over their heads.

They're still recovering, but I reckon they still have some ways to go yet.

So, just too catch everyone up, Dameon finally got my order sent out and received about a week ago. Still well over a WHOLE YEAR late, but Dameon seemed genuinely apologetic and threw in some nice freebies. So hopefully they're back on track? I did hear from two other CMON members who are still waiting on their orders, though neither were nearly so overdue as mine.
