Yeah, sorry you\'re back under such trying circumstances. But as long as you\'re back, I have one question that I\'ve been wondering about for years:

Did you really use green stuff(actually white stuff) to replace a filling that fell out? I need closure on this.

Yeah.. actually I did. Worked pretty well as a temporary filling. Lasted almost 6 months.

It probably wasnt worth it though as that tooth now has had a root canal and a cap.

Perhaps there WAS some truth in Revenants post there

having had a few troubles with my (brush) tip lately, i may have to start (brush) licking. although i shan\'t do it when using tamyas - i only licked it after rinsing and i can still taste it and hour later

I\'m pretty sure the Tamiya is toxic, unlike Vallejo and GW. That could have something to do with it.

I actually just got home from the hobby shop buying smoke - let us see here...

WARNING: Flammable liquid and vapors. Contains isopropanol+glycol ethers.

It also contains chemicals known to cause Cancer in the state of CA. Good thing I live in Pennsylvania. :D Har Har.

Hey Lurch!
Sorry I didn\'t read this post earlier until I saw someone mention you were back in another thread.
Welcome back.
Hey, if I move back to OK perhaps we can meet up.

Welcome back, even though I don\'t think I was around before your departure!

I had wondered about that after browsing some of the old forum posts - some folks posted heavily for awhile, then just disappeared. I suppose some of them may have just changed their names, like Bill.

Good lord! I take a few days off and look who sneaks back in!! Great to see you back among us, Lurch. Wondered often what happened. Sorry you\'ve had to deal with so much, but you definately sound like you\'ve got the right attitude and things are looking up again for you. Welcome back to the fold. :D
