Hi Y\'all!
Been pondering about the title for a while; not quite on topic, doesn\'t say much about the subject but the reference to the Pythons makes it cool anyway.
Enough of that; here\'s the final result of my little Vampire adventure. A whole lot of work doing this one; much time spent doing things that don\'t show in the end also, layers lost under layers as I struggle with dilution rate and brush control. My main goal has been improving my metallics, I think I succeeded at that at least, the barding on the horse is a low point but I hate these horses anyway :p
Not quite there wet, but I think this is a turning point in my evolution as a painter.
I got to try my new light tent also, and make a much better montage than my previous.
Thanks to Starks333 and ScottRadom for tips in the wip, and to those who helped me sort my pics.

Cheers, C&C more than welcome.

Thank you for voting

Great Work, I see you got yourt light tent and you figured out how to make multiple angle pics. Two things I have yet to do...

great stuff!

I really like the smooth \'feel\' of the paint. It\'s a great effect.

Awesome little diorama there, definitely a COOL mini!

Thanks, I must say, my Krylon varnish and the light tent sure helped a bundle :)

@Scott: Find a post from spacemunkie and follow the link in his sig, it\'s really easy to learn.

6.4.... There is surely something I don\'t get.

Hmmm... I am puzzled by the score. Let\'s see in a few votes. When I just peeked now the registered average was quite a bit higher, so take heart in that.

Still, score be damned you did fine work, and certainly learned and improved for your next fig.

Overall very nice, I voted a 7 :)

I don\'t like the PS background though, it looks unnatural and the colour doesn\'t go well with the colours of the miniature imo. I think that actually keeps the scores down as it distracts from the paintjob. Go for a more neutral colour and maybe a bit darker to suit the mood. Don\'t arrange the views that close as well, leave a bit of breathing space.

Well, I think I might have to settle for mid 6, again.
I changed the montage a bit and updated the pic and the link at top of this thread... If you can do me the honor of re-voting; sorry for the trouble.
Edit: Nevermind that, it seemed to vote even worst, I\'ll stick to the old one.

@Starchaser: Thanks man, means a lot to me. As for closeups, I did what I could without going through a whole new photoshot, enjoy.
