HELL OF A NIGHT

The look on my eight year old sister\'s face was priceless when she found my parent\'s half-drank bottle of that stuff in the fridge.

on thursday night I drank a pint of vodka, I didn\'t get a hangover, but I didn\'t go to sleep either, maybe that is the solution.
Or alternatively don\'t be an eejit like me and drink in moderation.

I didn\'t know that a blow job was also a drink... many thanks to make me avoid very embarassing, er, linguistic situations:D
And have a nice day :innocent:
Oh man, I\'m glad you cleared that up, because I was seriously freaked out. \"Whoa 4 ? Is that such a performance that she needs to share it with us ?\"

Yeah, of course, now I feel kind of stupid and dirty-minded. I fit right into the CMON crowd ! lol
You dirty dispicable person...

Welcome to the club.

P.S. For the record, I was also extremely confused.

Number three reporting :D But after I\'ve been told that it is a drink, could it be some stuff with lemon juice and Bacardi? I think 3 of those would be an accomplishment....
Call a drink \"Kidney kicker\", or \"liver killer\" or \"brain teaser\", THEN I know what you\'re talking about ;) I\'ve never been drunk, but I once had a combined sugar rush and caffeine shock. I pity the people that were near me at this time.

By the way, I don\'t drink alcohol so I can\'t give you a hangover cure. But the next morning it\'s most fun to walk around between your hung over friends, blasting Death Metal at maximum volume. Or practice opera singing. They would love to kill you, but they can\'t get close enough! Muahahaha!

Once drank half a bottle (70cl bottle) of whiskey (famous grouse) on an empty stomach. I was incredibly drunk. Went for a piss, threw up, fell down stairs, watched a blank TV screen for half an hour in a drunken stupor and them threw up all over myself and over my friend\'s girlfriend\'s, mum\'s carpet that had been professionally cleaned that very morning. I spent the next morning vomiting blood into a waste paper bin.

The lesson here kids is to know your limits. Everything in moderation.

The most I have ever done in one night is a litre bottle of archers (the spirit, not the premix), half a bottle of glenmorangie and then for some idiotic reason a couple of baileys on an empty stomach. Yup, I threw up ALOT - but not blood or anything like that. It would take a hell of alot to get me to drink archers ever again though

P.S - Don\'t follow my example kiddies, its not a pleasant expereince.....

Put me off for week then I finished the bottle off over a few nights. Not really into scotch these days though. Bourbon\'s my thing.

Oooh.....

..Jack Daniels??? I like that :D

My nemisis is PORT :( I was extremely ill after drinking copious amount of that. The trouble is....I still love the smell of it (unusual after a bad experience with a drink I know) and I\'m tempted to drink it with devastating results

Apart from my recent incident on here (namesake of being Tooshy\'d) which was very tame by comparison, my last big drinking spree was whilst on a business trip to Darley Dale. We\'d recently placed a big contract with a Microsoft Gold Partner and it was supposed to be an initial meeting to start off the project. I went out for a curry with a couple of the guys from the company and the evening went as follows:

4 Smirnoff Ices on the way to the restaurant
2 Tiger beers with the curry
1 bottle of red wine (also with the curry)
2 more beers before we left
1 port back at the hotel (£10 a glass  )
1 Baileys at the hotel

The final insult was the actual curry. I can\'t eat anything really hot, but the guys threw down the gauntlet and ordered a Fal and we all had to eat it.....

I know it\'s not a great deal for you average hardcore drinkers here, but for me that\'s a wagon load and it\'s not so much the quantity - it\'s more the combination of that little lot.

I have never thrown up so much in my life :( I obviously missed breakfast... then the my acct manager picked me up from the hotel to go to the meeting, where I sat looking very pale and sipping water whilst trying to focus on a presentation about Microsoft\'s latest and greatest.

I don\'t think I felt really myself until the train pulled into Exeter and I made my way to the car....

I know it will happen again - it\'s bound to! But really there is a lesson to be learned somewhere here... lol lol

As I think Wargriffon said....

There\'s only two ways to avoid a hangover..

1) Don\'t start drinking....

or,

2) Don\'t stop drinking...:D

Add me to the \"confused and learned a new name for a drink\" list. ??? lol

NOT :innocent:

Best advice for future referenc has already been given. \"All things in moderation.\"

Didn\'t I hear/read somewhere that tylenol (acedominiphin SP?) was bad for your liver with alcohol?

well i had a liver scare earlier on in the year, and im not allowed to have any tylanol (sp whatever) at all because it is so damaging to your liver, and on top of ETOH i dont know how good that would be.

I love the names of some drinks...

Sex on the Beach :D

Long Slow Screw Up Against a Wall ;)

Screaming Orgasm

Buttery Nipple :]

But, that\'s besides the point. Hopefully by now you\'re feeling better.

Worse drinking binge? The time I took in several margaritas, beer, 12 shots of vodka (in a row) and I can\'t remember what else. NEVER EVER dance when completely inebriated. I still don\'t know how I made it up the stairs to bed or back down the stairs to call my mom to take me to the emergency room, but I had ended up not only dislocating my kneecap, but tore ligaments off of said kneecap at the same time. My leg was in an imobilizer for over six weeks.

Ever try to drive a manual transmission while one leg will not bend?

Funny thing is, I\'ve only had a few \"real\" hangovers, and none of them came after the Captain, even that night I drank a whole fifth by myself... Guess I\'m just made for rum.

Worst drinking night for me, though, was tequila. Went to a buddie\'s place, had 2 very, very strong margaritas, then went to a karaoke bar and had 5 more margaritas, with a shot of tequila between each one of them. On the way back to his place (walking distance, thankfully), I made a fatal mistake and stopped in an AM/PM (little convenience store thingie), and got one of those nasty, sweaty hot dogs that are lying on those rollers (seemed like a good idea, thought food might be a good thing). Well, scarfed that, got back to his place, and passed out on the couch in a really awkward position that made getting up to...uhm...attend dealing with the vast amounts of tequila and hot dog in my stomach a bit difficult...

Haven\'t touched tequila since. :|~

I try not to drink too much these days as it takes about three days to recover after a really heavy night, mind you I sometimes don\'t drink any less either!!lol

One cure for a hangover (but it won\'t take the feeling of sickness away) is 1 x paracetamol and 1 x Ibruffin it is one of the best hangover cures yet however if you are going to play sport that day I wouldn\'t recommend it.

The last time I used this method was after a big party the night before a rugby game, feeling like S$%t warmed up about 2 hours before the game I took above mentioned cure and come kick off felt great 20 minutes into the game the flank forward came in late and my knee out causing the scrum to colapse on me! man that hurt like hell and for 5 minutes I was in agony until the buffin kicked in and when I stood up I felt OK so carried on playing.

That night when it wore off I couldn\'t move and ever since I will not use that cure.

I just take some aspirin. To avoid a hangover you have to drink the water on the night itself, and I don\'t drink water :)

last time I went out I had half a liter of beer, half a liter of wine, and to top it off half a liter of Apple Jenever ( whatever it is called in english ) . I thought I could take that but apparently I couldn\'t :) spent the evening passed out on a couch :p

two lessons :

-know your limits, but it\'s also fun to pass those limits :p

-alcohol isn\'t cumulative. I started with 7% beer, 8% wine and ( dude did I really drink that much ) 30% jenever. I thought I could build up the percentage and my body would adjust to it. It didn\'t :D

Always fun, reading about getting drunk and hangovers, when you\'re completely hung over :|~ :D

My worst drinking experience was about a year ago when we were playing a drinking game and all my friends where persuading me to drink some strong liquor instead of just beer... after I while i thought I\'d show them and took a good pull of something called \'strohrum\', at 82% percent not a sensible thing to do especially if you\'re already pretty drunk...
Long story short: I broke my foot when I fell over (same friends shouting: \"nah that\'s not broken! just walk on it and it\'ll go over by itself\")

The moral of this story: all things in moderation, except \"strohrum\"; just don\'t drink that at all!

Reminds me of the day I was given Absinthe, Tequila, some nasty kumquat liquer, jenever (mandarin flavour!), overproof mauritian rum and some sort of white fortified wine in one evening. I got the sudden urge to eat 30 chicken nuggets with chilli sauce by myself. I was so drunk I was sick but hungry again after, so kept eating :|~ . I never left a mess though :D

My friends didn\'t know till a few months later, and they have promised never to give me that sort of combo ever again :D
