Hello all. Seeking solvent-based primer recommendations

Do resin figures need to be primed? I always do. Whats the consensus? And can anyone recommend their favorite solvent-based primer? I have read several places recently that resin likes these primers better than acrylic. Anyone's/everyone's thoughts appreciated on this. Cheers!

I'n my book, all materials used for miniatures should be primed.

Rattle can automotive primer seems to be a favorite. Not sure what brands you have up in the frozen north.
Duplicolor is a favorite.
Krylon works pretty good (white or grey)

Rustoleum used to work pretty good, but several other people were reporting issues in the various threads on "what primers are best". I have now switched to Tamiya Fine Surface Primer and no issues, other than the price for 180ml!
