Hello everyone,

It\'s my first post on these boards so please be kind ;)

Just really wanted to say hi to you all and introduce myself as you\'ll probably see me poping up more often from now on, as i\'ve finally got a decent net connection!! YAY!

One quick qestion. The stars you get for posting. What are the boundries for these? How longs it gunna take me to become a posting freak? :eek:

Anyway, cheers poeple, and i hope to get to know some of you better soon.

As for stars, I forget exactly, but I think it\'s 1000 posts to become a posting freak. Might be wrong though.

Hello peeps!

I am also new to the forum, I\'ve never really been a forum kinda person before - but I find myself looking more and more due to the \'recently on the forums\' list. You guys crack me up! Also there are some really great bits of advice out there that\'s helped me figure out some stuff - mostly regarding Gel mediums etc.

I thought I would join in your post Boothdom, less inconspicuous that way :rolleyes:

Click on FAQ

Right at the bottom, under Misc Questions you will find an explanation of user ranks.:D

Thanks everyone, it\'s nice to know that your all a nice bunch! With so many celebs and pros on this site it\'s easy to get intimidated. (Probably totally without reason, but that doesn\'t stop it :()

Ah Ha! something to aim for :D I\'ve had a look at you stuff too and it\'s really nice! Especially the Archaon, a deserving winner! Must get to #274! Although i just made it harder for myself by giving it a 9! DOH!

Any way, i\'m off to finish a unit of HE archers for the GW Doubles tourney this weekend. Looks like it going to ba a late one.

... to Boothdom & Maggot. Always glad to have new people pop up.

A few tips on becoming posting freaks:

1- reply to nearly everything whether or not you have an opinion. Certainly don\'t wait for a well-thought out or reasoned opinion or you\'ll never get there :D

2- remove all traces fo havning a \"real life\". Damn things just get in the way anyways :D

3- \"Abandon all hope ye who enter here.\" - Absolutely, positively don\'t even think about ever catching up with Finn (17 at least, don\'t know 18\'s current status)

Dive right in, swim around. You\'ll find most of us more akin to your slightly demented uncle than the \"quiet & polite\" ax murderer psycho type.

actually i am only a month old, and am almost...Almost a member, does this mean i have no life,

and i dont reply to everything cause im worried that you vetrans might think the \"newbs\" would be invading. but i think i just might not be a hardcore newb anymore:D

any embarassing pictures, how many upainted minis you have, whether youd like to catagorize them, and what characters from a book or movie youd like to see sculpted....

oh yeah....we are all real nice unless you call us geeks and tell us that our hobby is a waste of time, then you get about 6542315687 pages of the basic \"nuh-uh you dont know what your talking about, your just a kid...\"
