Hi there everybody ...
well after endless hours drooling over the amazing models on this site I have decided to join the fun and set up my own gallery.

my gallery

Please have a look and let me know what you think..

I have been painting for around 18 yrs but most of my painting has been for large many point armies including 20000+ chaos Fantasy as well as 9000+ Tyranids from GW. I paint quickly and have won a couple of best armies at local level competitions..

I am crrently spending a little more time on models and realising I can still pull off nice pieces when I don\'t have a week to paint 2000pts.

Anyway most of these pics are items I have sold on ebay already and s I get my picture taking abilities up to speed will post more.Hopefully you will see the usual evolution of painting standard as is always seen here on this site..
thanks for reading and keep doing what you all do so well.
cheers

Welcome to the e-pub. Straight ahead is the bar where we chat over a pint.

Over there is the freak\'s executive washroom, entry only by key..

Down the hall is the coffin dodgers fireplace and rockers. Be careful, they have canes.

Welcome. You are definitely off to a fine start. Your years of experience is obvious. If you paint those gargantuan armies to this type of standard you must have some good looking hordes.

Welcome :)

The evolution in painting ability generally goes hand in hand with an \"evolution\" in time spent painting each mini. You have been warned :D

Probably.... Depends on where the cut-off is. Over 50? not there yet. Oldest? One of the only \"top 10\" things I am part of is oldest CMON\'ers. Most mature? Definately not.

@dauder yup that\'s the kind of thing I meat Hijacking threads etc...

on a more serious note keep up the critique I find it really helpful and listen to anything people have to advise..

@sebrushworth and calcipher...The mind set and the patience to spend the time aredefinitly key..hard to look at a model unfinished for more than a day .

@TAB thanks I like him I am going to try and post a few more pics to show his pose..he was more of a test to see what Ideas worked in prep for my main conversion....

Thanks for the commets on the models guys these are as I mentioned at the beginning earlier pieces of mine but ones I just really enjoyed painting..
cheers again..

vince, are you sure someone wasn\'t eavesdropping by the ladies\' washroom? lol

demonherald, your stuff is looking really good, and underrated too. I found it easy to move from mass painting to painting for single minis. The desperately hard part now, is to paint regiments. It\'s harder to stop one\'s self from going quickly, than trying to do the best one can for each mini. Well, that\'s my opinion anyway.

As for the nutcases on this site, they all like to behave as though they\'re immature, insane or exceedingly ancient antics. It\'s their ruse to throw you off their maturity, stability and wisdom. Though, to be honest, I can imagine dauber in a nursing home one day, bothering all the little old grannies with his cane and motorised wheelchair. :D

@Modderrhu..
cheers for the compliments on the models I\'m happy with the scores would not say underscored at all but to be totally honest the scores don\'t bother me I just hope to learn from the critique..

also agree on the regiment thing but have developed myself to paint unit\'s to a high standard and quickly but occasionally come across some that I just don\'t (or can\'t) paint quickly as they are just asking for extra care and attention..My Mousillon Bretonnians in progress at the moment are a geat example.. it is fun constantly adapting though it\'s what makes this hobby so cool even the masters don\'t know everything..
