How about white on the inside and black on reverse or Turquoise on the inside as the weapon??

Well you have two cool colors in turquoise and purple and the helmet is NMM gold (which uses yellow) so I'd think you might want to make the outside of the cape yellow and the reverse black or another darker color.
You might keep more color balance that way.

I chose turquoise for the ouside and grey/white for the inside cape.

I wanted the inside cape to be simple since I want to paint some freehand on it!

So, could you give me some idea for the freehand/DE symbols? I'm looking for some inspiration! SO PLEASE HELP!!!

Excellent shading on the cloak. As for symbols, take eldar ones and make them evil? I don't really know Dark Eldar fluff haha.
