Help finding a piece.

I thought this was originally on the Chest Of Colours Forum, but thus far, no one has helped me locate a better pic. So being the veritable fountain of info I thought I would ask here too.


I got sent this terminator for reference, but it is too small to see. The person doesn't have a bigger pic, and thinks they found it here.

Can anyone help?
