Ariel\'s Champion

I just finished up my contribution to Works of Heart. It\'s a small vignette entitled Ariel\'s Champion featuring the old school Ariel and the new Mtd Wood Elf Lord. I will be putting it on ebay when Tracy gives me the go ahead.

It will be coming I know Chris wanted to start with Thor and it seems you like this model as well ....Muh ahahahah I am just doing what THuff said bid up the price :D You are going to have to counter ....lol

@ Vlad that would be so great I have a troop of glade riders or a troop of Glade guards or or let me know I will send the minis you may want as freebies .... It has to be very nice to have a painting group to hang with :)

That diorahma looks awsome Jim. I love your color scheme.

Not fair Tracy bidding up the price on the thor. I want it. I know how much it retails for and I really hope it catches at least 1 1/2 times that. :D Not that I can afford that much, I am getting married soon. :D Although that is one incredible looking Statue, err mini. ;)

I am also glad that Rachels mini is starting to get some bids, I was affraid I might win it at like $20. :cool: Argghhh I just bid on it again! Someone please outbid me. :D

I am about 80% done with the glade guard, although I am stuck as to how I should paint the bands around his boots and shoulder.

Yes Drycha is one mean mother of the forest hate and venom for all outsiders her hand maidens are the dryads she is considered a lord in the wood elf army.

LP I love the face on you fairy, airhead did help you on the photo looks great

Nope, I got me my own photo thing amabober :D went to frys.. $100, on sale for $79.99, mailin rebates (2) $10 and $39 .... i think so on long run only $30 total :D

@ TAB - she did it all by herself (ain\'t you proud of our little girl?) - also finding the resolution setting on her camera helped too. ;)

Dave Taylor\'s work is in the house! We received these minis by way of and in all thankfulness to Justin (Dark Zealot Studio) today. :bouncy:
Impressive is an understatement. Drop dead gorgeous is more like it. We\'re going to list the dryads first to see the damage as far as fees are concerned. Great stuff to be worried about. We\'ll all figure it out from there.
I\'ll be prepping proofs for Lee\'s Waywatcher Lord, Vlad\'s Vamps, Scott\'s Drycha, and Tiffany\'s Reaper Elf but not yet on Rex\'s or Brokenblade\'s waywatchers because we need two more to form a unit.

OK OK I\'m onto to it, I\'ll take the hint, expect a couple of WIP\'s of the two Wardancers later this evening, now that I have recovered from the shock of GD.

Tracy, GW also sent me three of the same Spellsingers and wouldn\'t exchange them as they were ordered on pre-order and it was pot luck on what the trained munkey picked (I had asked for one of each) so I will also paint up one of those and send over to you as well when it is done. :D

I\'ve been pretty busy over the last couple of weeks so I haven\'t done as much as I would have liked but here\'s the horse atleast. Hopefully the rider will be finished by the weekend.
BTW the saddle was only basecoated brown because the rider will cover it completely.
