EVERYBODY who sells on eBay knows that policy. It is one of the first adamant statements eBay makes in its user policy. Shill bidding is strictly forbidden and the policy is repeated each time a policy change goes into effect. If you are going to enter a contract with a lot of people (painters) for such a large project, it would make no sense that the people doing the auctions, and their backup auctioneers, did not even read or were aware of the inherent dangers of the eBay user policies. Maybe you guys should go back and read the policies very carefully. EBay can be lenient the first couple of times, but they get really p***ed off when you repeat violations of their user policies since they give you many opportunities to read them.

I will say the same here as I did to Trevor in his thread
If all international fighting could stop and help each other regardless of size and stature, it is the individuals that suffer the most.
You know I will paint it does not matter what or what country it involves. Pain is a human condition no matter where you live it feels no different and no less devastating.

Now i really do feel like a dumb ass. I finnished the two wardancers and realised that we have to use a matt varnish..whoops I have used satin I do have some testors dull cote expected to arrive in the post so should i wait and re-do the varnish....they do look shiney at the moment Oh man :flame:

IMHO Good news! I think...

Todd called ebay yesterday and left a message because they were closed lo and behold they returned the call today! I spoke with a kind-hearted, genuinely concerned woman, she verified they had received my letter and began checking it as of the 5th. She also let me know she had posted upon my behalf, that i had called. .

6 hours later I got a notice that they had investigated and they \"truly understand how this may have happened.\" We responded as instructed too the representative\'s letter and have very good hopes that this will close rapidly.

They must by their own policy, wait the 7 day period, Seems ebay is not as bad as some people think.

I will continue, as Becca, optimistically.

I am so embarassed that you actually paid for credits for featured auctions. I had no idea as that is on a seperate account that I have no access to.

So, the bad news is I cannot credit it back to your paypal account.

Good news is I gave you 100 more If you do run out just let me know, and I will add more. You DO NOT need to pay to feature these auctions.

Please do not apologize you have helped .... the Banner for WOH has been waving for a long time ...you choose to help ... even when the situation was painful it still was there reminding me that people had faith and that we could continue. I thank you. We are grateful heck yes we will take the credits for I believe I have more in store to help all ....I must wait for the conclusion of my detour to be sure.
