Help identifying a miniature

I have a necromancer with a stamp on it that says HH 604?

HH? is this harlequin miniatures or Heresy?

That sounds like a Heartbreaker miniature.

Looking at the photo I would say it was an old GW Empire Wizard but I am not sure if it hs HH stamped on the slot tag.

Is it only stamped on one side is there any writing on the other side of the tag such as a date etc?

Its not a GW figure I know that for sure. I think it may be Heartbreaker Hobbies and games. Though the stamped figures HHG not just HH so I\'m not sure.

I googled HH 604 and found nothing so its probably not a code number but an internal part number.

Heartbreaker has since gone out of business s its hard to track down.

While I don\'t recognize the particular figure it has all the sculpting hallmarks of Heartbreaker style and design. IE... GW knockoff, in fact didn\'t Citadel buy Heartbreaker?

I have a lot of Heartbreaker stuff. I kick myself for not getting more of tem back in the day.

DFD can correct me on this; but I don’t think they were knock offs. A lot of disgruntled GW sculptor went over to the company. Thus the resemblance.

I had to use 8x magnification to read the stamp. It is definately HH G?4

The ? could be a 0 or cut off 9, the bottom of the 4 was like this but you can see the bottom line on it to make it a 4.

Is there anyway to search through (on a website) old heartbreak hobbies figs?

I think it will be hard ti fund it. But I can tell you that I am 99.9% sure that is a Heart Breaker miniature.

Ok when I bought this miniature with about 4 other wizard types all with the same kind of stamp. I have managed to locate 3 of the other ones online and they are definately from a Heartbreaker pack of 3 wizards. So I\'m 100% certain that the necromancer is a Heartbreaker now. I\'ll post it here when I\'m done painting it. It has great detail on the back of the cloak, skulls and stuff.

Stuff of Legends has pretty much gone to crap. Most of the links there are either dead or lead to spam sites. I refuse to go there anymore for fear of malware from a missing/missrouted link.
