Help identifying an old tv show

My heads pickled, i cannot remember the name of the show. Im going slowy crazy.

Its a cartoon and the two heroes are humanoid cats that pilot a tornado fighter jet thats black and red. This was on tv about ten years ago maybe. I want to call it tornado cats but dont think its right.

So CMON dont fail me now!!!
