Help me identify this, please!

It's not the miniature itself, but rather, something on the miniature that has my wife and I scratching our heads (we recently purchased this at our FLGS):

If you look at the second picture, there is something on Shoatima's waist that is green — any idea of what this is?

And yeah, tried posting on the Reaper site and asking, but I can't log-in (even made another account and still couldn't)

She has a sea shell hanging from her neck. Is the green thing (can't see it to well in the pics) another sea shell?

In the sculpt it looks like a Cinnamon Swirl, but mostly I'd say Sea Snail Shell..(Sitting, Sipping Sea-limes on the Seashore)
