Help me out please

I am constructing a new tournament black templar army...This is what i have so far.
1 Black Temp. Dreadnought with twin las and cc arm
10 crusaders(troops)
5 scouts
2 Rhinos..(all my troop units will ride in rhinos)
1 new chaplain in termy armor..
and of course and emp. Champ..
I have 40$ usd...and i want my force to be able to assault quick (keep that in mind)....What Should i purchase...?

Well, for starters you will need another troop choice. I would also get some assault marines as these guys can get into close combat fast. If you want some heavy support a predator with all lascannons and/or a vindicator with that strenght 10 template can do some real damage. Esp. since the rules change on ordinance. Your dread is good but with that slow movement you may want to think about a missle launcher. Play with it a few times and see how it does.

I have 2 choices...squads are broken into 1 squad of 6 marines(5 with bolters, and 1 with HVY bolter).Thats my fire support..and another squad with 5 scouts with Bolt pistols and swords...and 4 marines (1 with chain sword and 3 with bolters) THe 1 with the 6 will be fire support and when i get another troop choice the same as the 1 with 5 scouts and 4 marines..the 6 will support while the other 2 assault. The dread is temporary b/c it was lying arround.
