Help to Find Miniatures!(i don\'t know where this goes!)

hi

so yesterday i bought this:

its a nice vehicle, but tamiya\'s figure have always been pants.

so i was wondering, seeing as i have no time nor the patients, to trawl through 50 pages, (iz got homeworks to do!).

so i was wondering whether you guys(and gals) would posibly come up with some sugestions, i really want them to be in mid run, so there can be lots of action, so any sugestions would be great.

just do a 1/35th search or similar

I didn\'t think Tamiya figures were that bad

I built this kit about 10 years ago, although i did not use the figures. I actually thought they were too dynamically posed lol

How much more \'action\' are you looking for? ???

check out the Verlinden minis, looks they do them in pairs, with titles like, \"move\", things like that

those mini look nice, i went on to historex, but there are too many pages, tell me, is historex just online or is it a \'real\' shop, because i don\'t live too far away from dover.

the tamiya minis are quite bad, not badly cast, but the sculpting is well...crap! the eyes are just holes, and the clothes are a too unrealistic.

I still have a bunch of 1/35 stuff laying around somewhere. Tamya\'s weapons were a bit off so I bought a box from another manfacturer which had sprues of weapons for all different nationalities. If you want them there\'ll be some fairly decent German weapons you could use as well as individual bayonets, grenades, A/T weapons.

i was really looking for some minis that had more detail on them and were more miniatures that things thrown in.

Oh my gosh!

Those are the same exact German soldiers I bought some 25+ years ago.

It was the beginning of the end for me....lol

I really like the Verlinden stuff too.

I recommend Alpine Miniatures.

Verlinden\'s quality has gone down a lot in the past years. Though they were the best back in the day, there are much better companies now.
