Help with an ID on a mini

I am stumped, no idea about age, maker or anything. Im assuming it goes on a creature of some kind, elephant, mammoth etc. Any clues ?

Yep, I have that mini, and I'd say that is it.

Well, the whole model itself will set you back 45,83EUR, so I wouldn't say it's a terrible price for just the howdah. Kinda funny how they called it though, 'Dunno what it is, but must be rare though!'

....um that was me......(cough cough) hehe, I was trying to insinuate I knew so much about minis that if I didnt know what it was it was going to be worth a lot. Anyway........
