Help with Weight Loss Resolutions...

I know a lot of you made resolutions to lose weight this year.
One of the companies that I work for has a special offer for new enrollees.
They are all over the globe so whether you are in the UK or the US doesn\'t matter.

I not trying to spam...just thought some of you would like to know. PM me if you want to know more. I don\'t get commission for this program so it\'s not like I\'m advertising, just sharing helpful information for those that might appreciate it.

Please let me know if this is the wrong venue. I just figured that with the help that is passed around on here, this might be on par for good deeds and reimbursement for the help I\'ve received.

CHEERS!

Lost 78 pounds so far doing this.

Yep, best plan. I lost 70-80 pounds a few years back doing exactly the same thing.

This way helps keep you on target by letting you get $6 everyday you report in your activities.
They started this program in August 2006, and to date enrollees have lost 274 million pounds.
Just thought it would help, didn\'t think it would be such a bad idea.
I\'m sorry.

Down 120 and still dropping, though it\'s slowing as muscle builds up again.

I owe it all to moving furniture for a living.

I lost weight, and still had to start buying even bigger shirts to accomodate my
shoulders.

I actually tore a XXL T-shirt by stretching my arms.
Yeah. I\'m a beast.

Naukhel has it. Dropping WEIGHT and dropping FAT are very different things. The core of any weight loss problem should be resistance training if you want a long term solution - not hours on a treadmill or useless aerobic classes.

It\'ll define the jaw-line too. Good thinking that man!

Weight loss is simple. Take up competitive team sport, cycling and walking. Learn to cook properly as well. Simple!

I was apologizing because I was thinking I made a mistake posting this particular thread.
I just wanted to share info on what a company I work with is doing. I don\'t let alot of my RL into the forums, I was being especially sensitive.
So I guess I was apologizing for being sensitive?
:D
I\'m kind of a healthy world starts with a healthy YOU type of person. So when I share silly little things like this...it\'s closer to me than my normal cynical perverted persona of the threads.
My bad, no one fault, everybody has there hang-ups, mine a generally cerebral or emotional.
CHEERS!lol
