Henna help?

I\'ve been taking an interest in doing some henna body art and mixing the paste myself. I\'ve tried some online recipes/techniques with very poor results. THE HENNA PAGE

Anyone have experience with henna? Any helpful hints?

Try and find a local Indian Cultural centre. (not first nations) Indian Henna work is very intricate and used a great deal on celebrants. I\'ve been lucky enough to see some excellent work done on friends and colleagues because of weddings.

Presume it didn\'t colour the skin worth a damn? That\'s the usual problem I think.

GF was buying some henna hair colour recently, gave me the chance to ask about it for skin; for what it\'s worth, was told the quality of the henna is everything. So if what you\'re using isn\'t colouring well the henna (or \'henna\') is the culprit.
