Hi all, Check out my first entry.

Hi I just crated an account on CMON and hopefully i\'ll have many more miniature entries to come, but for now I have put up a pic of my ork, I din\'t have much experience painting it, actually no expirence. I\'ve been painting on and off due to health reasons, so I\'d say I\'d of had at least one full year under my belt, I am fifteen and consider myself pretty good. But I\'m not interested in what I have to say, it\'s you guys I want to impress, so pleas fell free to vote and comment on my first attempt at an ork from warhammer 4000.

the painting is very neat, that\'s the first hurdle delt with. (in style as well)

raid the articles section and pick peoples brains for advice.
ignore the scores, they can be quite inaccurate. (altho, some times too accurate )

echoing GP the starting point is great..nice neat good definition between colours.....I think for a first mini you sho a lot of promise.. A lot of the techniques needed to give this that real look will come to you in time but for now nice one.....

Looking good, aggree with evetything that\'s already been said.
I\'d add that photos against a neutral/plain background and better lighting would let me see your work better.

Cool thanks, people have posted saying that he base looks unfished, LOL. Since these were taken I have completed the base. Just thought I\'d add that, anuyway my camera is playing up but if I can get it workin I\'ll have some more pics of him and a one of my BT\'s

Yup, I wish I was painting at your age...

Anyway, welcome to CMON, hope you have a tough skin cause the voting tide can be very harsh, but In the end it pays off a great deal in improvement

Did the vote thing. I think the pics are to dark and will affect your score but from what I can see the painting id\\s very neat. Keep up the good work and read the articles section on taking photos.
