Hi! I'm new in here, and this is the first mini I convert. I took a Winged Vampire Lord and took out his wing and his head and replaced them with a right hand from a Chaos Knight, a sword from a Bloodletter, a shield from a Chaos Knight too, and the head belongs to an old edition Crypt Ghoul. The man terrified on the ground is from the old Giant mini.
I just wanted to make a different, nice Chaos hero, not so heavy armored as usual and utilizable at the game - although I don't play, but just in case I'd sell it - and that's why the base is the regular one. I'm not really into painting for now, so I decided not to do it eventually. Please comment! Any feedback is welcome!

Cool conversion, I think. It's a little difficult to tell what's going on since it's all black. I'd love to see it painted.

I fear it will stay black for a while if I don't sell it - I don't know who would want to buy this anyways! I have even thought of different color schemes and everything for every inch of it, but I lack skills. Anyway thanks for the feedback! Please vote it whatever you consider whenever you can!

Even if you don't plan on painting it, a good way to let detail appear would be to a zenithal highlight with grey/white primer. Seems to be quite nice, but it's difficult to see anything at the moment.

I hadn't seen so much diplomacy in a while LOL I'm getting shitty votes, there's no need to say it's nice. It only encourages me to improve myself, though. But thanks anyways, I didnt know about this zenithal highlight, now I've made some research. I only have the black spray though, and my wallet will commit suicide if I buy an airbrush right now :thinking:
