High Elf / Dark elf

Hi all,

Do you have any idea how to convert high elf/ dark elf spearmen warriors?

My question is simply hypothetical
I don\'t know maybe their peaked hekmet or their lance or their mail-tunic make them so strange.
They all look good on drawings, but the minis...
The Lotr minis look great but they need to be converted a bit to look \"dark\" elf.

Convert them to what ? Would be easier if you said what you were looking for...

Are the heads seperate? You could use some Eldar Heads instead, without helmets to give them a different look...

What else... other shields? Maybe ?

The dark elf spear men aren\'t that bad... But I do see how they can be somewhat funny looking. Do you like the High Elf spearmen? You could always just paint them in Dark Elf colours, and add a couple spikes here and there. I haven\'t really looked at the LOTR Elves but they would be a bit smaller than WH elves, as for converting just look at the Dark Elf artwork and pick out what makes them look Dark Elf and add that to the models. I hope I helped a little, but to be honest I really have no idea what you want...
