It took much longer than i intended, the base took half the time, eitherway if you have any questions or comments feel free to say.

Cheers.

Joe.

What is there to critisize?:D No, actually I can find one thing, I think the rocks on the base look a bit weird, almost as if they were ade from concrete and then coated with a cream coloured stone if you see what I mean;)

Great job.
I\'m not really into the high elf range as such, and the GW colour scheme is not my cup of tea, but you\'ve done a wonderful job here. His face is really well executed, but he\'s got junkie eyes, which doesn\'t fit with the healthy elf image, but thats besides the point I guess.
The base is tops, are those flying leaves as fragile as they look?
Great blending and fantastic base:beer:

p.s. love that orb in the sceptre too:drool:

Lovely job, the only thing that bothers me is the highlights on the upper part of the cape on the back look a little sharp for a soft material but I think this is partly due to the sculpt. Can I ask what you used for the black portion of the base?

I really like it and love the really smooth blending. I remember seeing the universe type thing on a teclis cloak at some point and it was ok... not sure though but it\'s very well executed.

My only problems are that the skin on the face and on the hands are nothing alike... his face has a lot of pink and his hands seem to have none. Not keen on the base either, as was mentioned before, it just looks a little odd and as a mini, he doesn\'t really fill it. It\'s like a small diorama I guess.

Don\'t get me wrong though, I think it\'s great over all.

Ah, saw this one the other day :D Fantastic work, Joe. Can\'t go wrong sculpting small creatures on a base

Sweet! Nice to see that GW haven\'t locked you away in the studio. Pic looks a little dark but you can plainly see that this is sweet paintjob.

you know joe i would like to say \"HA, GW has corrupted you and now you are making work just like all their other paint jobs.....(in that your work looks just like other gw work)\"

but i honestly can\'t say that..... you have obviously grown in your painting over the past few months....the fact that you are using more muted tones in this piece and your work with i am assuming complementary colors a bit more.... the base really comes to life as well as i feel as though it is substanstial and weighted down. a great job on an excellent piece.

9.5 from me.

the pics look dark because of the white background that kinda \'blinds\' us.

but that doesn\'t mean that this minis is in any way poo, it, foo*in ace.

cheers Joe:beer:
