highlighting??

right i need to know how too highlight flat space marine armour like the legs as its the only area i dont know how too highlight thanks in advance

You highlight the edges of the armour and leave the center parts darker.

Well, theres edge highlighting, such as the above post...used by lots of people, or...

There\'s still the edge highlighting, but also a more realistic highlight where light would strike, such as down the legs, and along the arms.

This mini won one of the recent GDs, and although hard, with care its doable. Though if you\'re just starting out I wouldn\'t attempt this just yet.

Its for Black Power Armour, but many of the same lessons can be applied.

it depends what you like. both models look great. the first lot look more cartoony while the second dude looks more realistic. i think the more realistic styles is becoming more \'in fashion\' at the moment, especially in europe, while the more cartoony style is still quite popular in the us
