Well Scott you used those three words together which basically guarenteed to make me NOT watch it = Indie, Road & Vampire.
Indies = Sometimes
Road = Rarely
Vampire = Where\'s the \"off\" button.
You mean you haven\'t seen the Sean Bean version, where he plays the good guy, who ends up having a \'topless\' stable yard fight with Pierce Brosnan.

A shame to admit that I am currently trying to get into \"Clash Of Titans\" to work there in the Art Dep......
It´s being filmed at the Pinewood Studios...
I did a Work Experience in Leavesden last Year with the latest Harry Potter... was great stuff......
I personally like Remakes... expeciately from movies older then 1960...

What I liked about it was it wasn\'t full of angst ridden vampires whining about their condition. These guys were closer to the Lost Boys mentality.
Annnndddd.... I guess the Vampires are all cast members from \"Aliens\". Lance Henriksen, Jeneatte Goldstein, and my beloved Bill Paxton. Billy. Why the hell I like this dude I don\'t really know. I mean, he can\'t act his way out of a paper bag, I realize that, but he\'s just exudes the aura of a man I would want to sit down and finish a 24 of beer with.
Speaking of sweet Billy P. he directed (maybe wrote?) a movie I really like called \"Frailty\". Loved it. Check it out.

No.... I\'m willing to bet you like James Woods in Vampires. Take him out of the movie and it\'s an even more irredeemable piece of shit the the irredeemable piece of shit it is.

I think that movie nowadays are too theatrical. Most of the movies mentioned were great because they did a great job of creating a believable world with actual specials effects, not just CGI. I think if these movies get remade they will hire horrible directors like micheal bay (director of transformers) and hire terrible actors to play the roles and there will be so much CGI that nothing will be believable or create any real interest. If people go to see these remakes it will be because of their die hard love for the originals. Friday the 13th for example. I am a big fan of the series, except for Jason X, and am looking forward to it but we will see how it turns out.

I don´t think that Pinewood burned down, it is a huge Areal... I have hear about that Wallace & Gromit stuff that burned in some Uk Studio, but I am not sure this was Pinewood...

A studio did burn down, but it was a fair few years ago (back when i delevered papers..)
Think they lost some bond stuff too, but who knows ay.
