he needs a speedometer too...he got goin pretty fast a few times there...would be nice to see what he topped out at...

This may or may not be the same person, but there is a guy with a homemade suit identical to this that \'blades\' around on the streets of Paris at dusk.

They call him something along the lines of \'street-bug\', due to his insect-like glasses and glossy wheel suit.
