This placed used to be my home. Now, alas, it is more like a time-share apartment in some dodgy Spanish resort.

Point is, I\'m still waiting NTL to pull its finger out of its arse and get my tinterweb running proper, like. They are truly horrendous.

Anyway, my dream is to one day return as did the prodigal son, only my father isn\'t rich and I\'m not actually so silly as to have run away. I am innocent of any wrong-doing!

My god, this is all too much!

NTL are coming again on Monday, this time with a Network Tech. All very fancy. My computer is fine, the connections are fine, the CATV box is fine.............but it ain\'t working! There is much bafflement.

Also I was advised by a buddy that my hotmail address is close to death. I need to get on asap! Can\'t use it on here, see. Work doesn\'t allow such freedoms.

It\'s about time! People around here have been way too nice-nice. I would\'ve tried to fill your spot but I\'m not curmudgeony enough. And since I\'m American, I have no idea what you\'re saying half the time anyway.

Can you get a trusted friend with a computer to go into your hotmail and delete out any obvious spam? (although the porn stuff is probably actual subscriptions, I\'m figuring)
