home page and gallery actin' crazy...

is anyone else seein' this???
the front page loads, and then skips down to the middle...
the gallery pages load, and then the info drops down to the bottom, leaving the pic in the middle...
something's gone buggy...

i'm using IE8...

Yesterday I couldn't open my gallery to add an image, now I can access my gallery, BUT I seem unable to submit images.
Tried direct upload and self hosted, but nada.
Not even a "pending status" nothing...am I blocked from submitting images? Or is there a problem?
