I decided to refresh my old mini which I have painted a long time ago.
Unfortunately you can't see so many midtones I've used because of bad camera :/

Really nice painting, i really like this style, vibrant and contrasty. Please post more add some more explanation of your process. It would be perfect to also know how you chose your colors and how you mix them!

Midtones guys, midtones.. (check out Bohun's tutorial using midtones, this guy rocks! http://issuu.com/andrzejstachlewski/docs/bohun_arts_tutorial_-_lamenters )
For the yellow I used colors: white, golden yellow, vermin brown, blazing orange and brown ink (VGC).

As the break from the yellow I painted in one evening this guy Just for fun, didn't care so much about transition

This. And if that marble type effect on the green guys right hip is a sign of things to come, i may get a hammer out and start smashing all my unpainted minis..what is the point?. Lol. Good work Hooy.

Yeah, that's starting out very nice! The Sons of Medusa is a fun chapter that will make full use of all that green (plus some ivory and black details).
