LOTS and LOTS of highlights with light blue and white

i think something like start of with a
light-ish blue like GW\'s ice blue.

Then just highlight a lot and end up with pretty much pure white.

Then you (could) put some varnish on it to make it shine but i dont know if it would work so dont try it unless someone else says so

Any colour will work too - I tend to use greens or blues for plasma.

As mentioned, just highlight up from base colour and if you want add a bit of OSL

it would be far quicker to paint white and shade with washes of the chosen colour.

then touch up the final highlight with white again.:)

/initiate Fresh Prince impression.

Cool guys paint on black, remember that, whenever you...blah blah blah.

/terminate Fresh Prince impression.

It\'s amazing how fast the black primer phenomenon spread isn\'t it? Perhaps I\'m showing my age, but I remember back when modellers used testors oil paints and everyone used white...then some fancy pants started using grey....then I didn\'t see anything for a long time until someone introduced me to Warhammer 40k and everyone was using black it seemed. Just to clarify, I prefer a white primer, don\'t even like blacklining for the most part. Of course there\'s always exceptions.
