how do i buy slightly older gw minis in the U.S.?

i was wondering how do i go about buying old games workshop minis in the US that they seem to discontinue at a alarming rate? i have a few of thier old catalogs so i got the mold number or product number if that helps. you know, some old chaos figs from about 8-9 years ago, eltharion an stormwing, even heinrich kemler would be nice since they seem to have killed undead sales while were suposedly waiting for new ones. could i just call up mail order and give em a list or what? are these gone for good?! i have a pretty extensive list of roughly 40 or so minis that id like to buy roughly over the next 3 months.

my list includes warhammer, a few space marines and even fewer epic minis.

You could give www.virtualalchemist.com a go. They specialise in out of production gaming products/collectibles, I believe they\'re located in New Jersey or something like that. I\'ve never actually bought anything from them but have drooled over some of the goodies that appear on their site. I ordered some epic stuff here and they sent along a printed catalog (without pictures) listing pretty much everything they have.
A quick glance in the site shows me they have Kemler and Eltharion - heck, I was planning on sculpting a new left claw for my Stormwing, but maybe I\'ll be lazy and just order it.
Actually, ask your game shop too. I was told the local shop has a \"bitz bus\" come by now and then with lots of old stuff for sale at a good price, but it hasn\'t happened yet since I got here.

your a life saver you two! spree, at chemist i found some older epic i wanted even though it wasnt exactly what i was looking for and vince you da man! found almost everything else i wanted non epic.

very cool found nearly everything, found 27 of 29 minis combined warhammer and 40k, only ones i couldnt find were the 1st eversor assassin and a older chaos champion knight. the knight i can live without but the eversor im pretty sure i can still find at online shops. as for epic it sucks, i used to have a older two page catalog that i cant find right now and the gw online store didnt have any of the oens i was looking for especially chaos epic of which they didnt have a category for.

so the only thing left is the 1st eversor and hella old epic mostly chaos and some imperium also. unforteantly im not sure what epic i need without my little catallog..... ill find it i think.

yes, u heard me right, ebay. even tho sumtimes its just plain annoying when trying to find specific stuff, but just the other day i searched for 40k army and it came with 2 old chaos epic armys, among others....sry if that didnt help, as it might not considering u might be looking for single units or whatever...
