If you\'re talking about posting an image to vote on, go to the main coolminiornot page and click \"Add/Edit Pictures\" on the right.
For a WIP it would be better to put the photo out on a free photo service like photobucket.com. After creating a photobucket account and uploading the picture there, they have a quick method for linking to your photo from a message board. (click the checkbox next to the image, then click \"Generate HTML and IMG code\"... you will be provided with code to insert into boards like this one.)
