Once you have the photos on the hard drive of yuor computer it\'s not difficult at all. And, it\'s not that difficult to transfer the photos to your hard drive either. Have you got a manual for your camera? It will tell you how to go about it. You need a cable to connect the camera to an USB port on your computer (should come with the camera) and you might need to install a driver for the camera on your computer (should come with the camera on a CD or you may have to find it on the Internet, but the instructions will tell you). Then, every time you plug your camera into your computer it will appear as a disk drive from where you can just copy the pictures to your hard drive like any files.

The blend on the top is is good, very smooth. Your basecoat looks a little thin though, and it looks like there is black showing through, a couple more thin coats should sort this out.
Im guessing the highlghts are trying to be like the ones on the link in the first page, it looks like you have just used one colour, you need to blend these aswell and get them to almost pure white where the most light will hit.

And keep posting pics.

Thanks matty i\'ve only painted the top as an experiment. So the black you see is actually an experiment and yes i will paint the edges with a wightish green thanks. I\'ll do a WIP on this guy.

I think you\'d have to mix some yellow into your highlights or you\'ll end up with a very pale and chalky looking result.

For the edge higlighting, think of drawing a straight line, with darker colours at the edges and an almost white in the center. It needs to be blended the same was as a larger surface. Not just a light coloured line.

That\'s where the practice I\'ve mentioned before comes in... :]:D

Easy enough to say...and do. Its not that hard really, use the barrel of the brush not the point. And a bit of pratice. Don\'t wetblend the straight line, just layer it.
