I started off just putting the word SPAM in the report text field. I imagine the task of tracking these down and taking corrective action must get tedious for the Mods, so lately, I have been trying to be more creative to try to bring some levity. Here's a couple I've used:
"Spam! And not the kind you eat. The kind that clutters up our beloved forums!"
or
"Sensors indicate a large mass of Spam. Set Phasers to charbroil! Fire the Ketchup torpedoes!"
It got me pondering, (which isn't always a good thing! :sinister: ) about:
1. What do others write?
2. Do the mods actually read the text sent in the reports or do they just see the report and zap the offending thread into oblivion and be done with it?
3. Would the mods consider posting what they consider the top 10 Spam report write ups at the end of the year?
Discuss.
