How do you sand the hard-to-reach places?

Just as the title says, how do you sand those hard-to-reach places? I ended up with a few gaps (oh, Wyrd, why do you have to put your glue points in biceps and forearms?!), which I filled with Liquid Green Stuff -- I've had no problem sanding it off the outside of the model, but there are places that are just too recessed to get easily.

So, how do you do it?

Sanding sticks.

800 grit Wet and Dry Emery paper strips, glued to toothpicks. Complete PITA but works.

If you have a sandblaster, coat a toothpick with PVA and dunk in the sandblasting sand - DIY sanding stick

Ideally if you're trying to sand an area you've filled, I'd be trying to fill it with proper putty rather than liquid filler. That way you should be able to fill in such a way it doesn't need sanding.
