Well, if ya mean pictures, just go to \"Your Account\" on the main CMON page (it\'s on the left toolbar, near the top) You\'ll be able to submit pictures there, and it\'s a pretty straight forward process, just fill in the blanks, and copy your image url into the space given. If you\'re gonna upload \'em directly, just make sure they\'re no bigger than 100kb in size, and 600 pixels in width.
If ya need more help, and more detailed rules, just look in the \"Faq\" section on the same toolbar, near the middle.
