How do we know the story about the poodle-sheep is really fake? Maybe the story about the fake scam is in fact the actual fake put forward by the Japenese version of \'they\' and people really were buying poodle-sheep in droves.

Might be a fake story but it would not have suprised me at all. After all i\'m from the country and around deer hunting season it was nothign to find city people out hunting for the first time shooting goats thinking they were deer because they had horns.
