How is a Blunderbuss loaded???

I need to know how it was loaded because I am sculpting a model who is supposed to be loading a blunderbuss.

Generally from the front.

Muzzel loaded.

Pour powder down the barrel, pack with wad, pour shot down the barrel, pack with more wadding.
Depending on the age, either cock back the flint and put a dab of powder in the flash pan. Later, cock back hammer and put a percussion cap on, but I think the bunderbuss was gone by the time the cap came along.
