This is the third time I have had this situation happen. I place an order. a piece is back ordered, and no one ever replies to repeated emails asking for updates. The last time, 4 months went by, before I finally heard something.
This time, it's been nearly two months, and 5 emails. No response from anyone.
Today, I receive a package containing a second copy of a mini I did receive from my last order, instead of the one I'm missing.
If this is the typical level of customer service I should expect from your company, then I need to shop elsewhere.
In the meantime, I expect to be contacted regarding my order. #100014492. Item #VELL5RUN19.
