Hiya guys,
as we all know rackham called an end to their legends line earlier this year and to clear their stock had a 50% off sale. i myself having never owned let alone painted a rackham mini. so i thought it be the ideal time to get hold of some their fantastic minis before they would perhaps disappear forever. i place my small order of a few bits and pieces including vladar\'s body and weapon bearer + helmet (the complete blister set was sold out, i wasnt particularly fussed on the weapon bearer but i fingured it be worth the extra expense). i wait the 28 days for the delivery, it arrives and low and behold, the order is incomplete, iv received the bearer but not vladar\'s helmet.
So i say fair enough, mistakes happen, ill email them and get it sorted. it has been a little over 6 weeks since that first email and the several follow up emails and iv received no reply what so ever, i realise the guys have been busy and all but by the times the 6th and 7th emails were sent i got the distinct impression they were ignoring me.
so i was hoping the cmon community could help me out, has anyone been in a similar situation with rackham? has anyone actually got a reply and managed a successfully resolution? or has anyone got a spare vladar helmet their willing to trade for?
i realise in the grand scheme of things it aint a big deal but it would be great if i could somehow sort this out.....:no:
