How the heck do I contact CMON for the shop?

Hey guys,

So I ordered two DVD's around 11 days ago and I still haven't received any confirmation email that they said they would email me once it has been shipped out. I have attempted to call them using the number they provided and have been crazily searching for an email to send them an inquiry.


Has anyone else had any related problems?

Use the Support button at the bottom of the Shop page. I think they are back logged. I typically receive an email within a day or two, but im waiting on just under 3 weeks since i placed my order.

Well if the deals they had during black friday were any indication they are filling out a crap ton of orders o_O
