We have had our site for some time now but we have had very little commissions through, are we doing anything wrong, how can we get ourselves noticed?

Thank you for your time

I\'m pretty sure you can pay to have your banner advertisement at the top of the page on cmon, i\'m not sure if this is restricted in any way, if it isn\'t you may have already advertised here and if so, forget i said anything lol, but this might be a little bit helpful to you.

Someone who knows the complete ins and outs of the site should be able to fill you in with the info.

Displaying your work on CMON always helps as well.

You can always refer people to the image. The score and comments are also important, but not as much as you might think. If you are producing the sort of stuff people want, they will be happy enough with that.

EDIT: I have just been over and looked at your site. It is very slick and professional, far better than most. However, there is just not enough of your own stuff on it. Your rates are very reasonable, but people have no real idea of what they might be getting. The \'For Sale\' section does not appear to have changed since the last time I looked, which was ages ago. Perhaps you need to start painting speculatively and build up a customer base that way.

CMON is totally invaluable- my exposure tripled when I linked up here and every auction on e-bay gets a feature here. There is an enormous customer base here. I mean if you were a bartender, wouldn\'t you want to work out of the best bar in town as opposed to your basement;)lol (Much better tips and real live people to deal with.) Hang out in the forums a ton, get to know folks- gamers are most loyal to their friends where possible. You can get so many ideas from a lot of brilliant folks too, a body can always improve. And, genius hangs with other genii don-cha-know (idomatic)- thats my knickname at work too oddly enough. I just started saying it after I said anything at all, to sound more intelligent after I spoke my usual giberish- and oddly enough it meant something.:innocent:

Auction on eBay and auction link here also make a ME page on eBay it is free and you are allowed to link that to you home site.
Your auctions can link to your site on eBay as long as you are not selling from your site or you if you are you link your auctions only to your gallery not any pages you are selling from and that is OK. I also notice people put their email addys on the auctions as to contact for commission painting but i do not know if that is allowed really have not looked into it myself.
Good luck :D
